★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外皮酥脆，內餡飽滿，現炸現切，食材新鮮，尤其是價位平實進人，很推薦的一家店。
服務也非常親切，內用約可坐8人左右，外帶也可以，不過假日應該都要排隊……
現金付款，旁邊有時也會賣些其他產品，像這次就有賣醃製蜆仔，很好吃。
個人覺得用餐的地方，比南機場那家蚵嗲舒適，但品項卻沒那麼多，至於味道，各有特色，但都是好吃的。

Cash payment, sometimes other products are sold nearby, like this time pickled clams are sold, which are delicious.
Personally, I think the dining place is more comfortable than the oyster in Nan Airport, but there are not so many items. As for the taste, each has its own characteristics, but they are all delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少數可以這麼清爽乾淨的小吃攤，蚵嗲、韮菜條好吃，下次再來試試地瓜。扣一分，醬料沒有加分，如果有像南部的蚵嗲米醬，就很完美啦!
There are few food stalls that can be so refreshing and clean. The oysters and chive strips are delicious. I will try sweet potatoes next time. Deduct one point, no extra points for the sauce, if there is an oyster sauce like the southern one, it will be perfect!

要在台北找到像樣的蚵嗲店已經不太容易了
這家真的是食物好吃 有賣相又衛生
外皮酥脆不油膩 非常爽口（真的有卡滋的聲音）
韭菜蚵仔都非常新鮮
其他品項也是非常超值 外面都是地瓜片
這邊是地瓜塊！！！（良心店家）
價錢平民 100元可以吃到好幾樣不同的食物
老闆非常親切
唯一小缺點是 醬油對我來說有點太鹹了（個人口味）不是甜的那種
現場用餐位子有限 建議外帶（即時吃）
整體而言，以上都不影響我給他們的高評價
少數現在很用心又保有品質的攤販。
必須大力推薦??

It's not easy to find a decent oyster shop in Taipei anymore
This restaurant is really delicious, good looking and hygienic
The outer skin is crispy and not greasy and very refreshing (it really has the sound of cress)
The chives and oysters are very fresh
Other items are also very good value, there are sweet potato slices outside
Here are the sweet potatoes! ! ! (Conscience store)
The price of civilians 100 yuan can eat several different kinds of food
The boss is very kind
The only small downside is that the soy sauce is a bit too salty for me (personal taste) not the sweet kind
On-site dining seats are limited, take-out is recommended (instant eat-in)
Overall, none of the above affects my high rating for them
A few vendors who are very attentive and maintain quality now.
Must highly recommend ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my regular strolls through the backstreets of Dihua noticed that in a market alley this was the only stall still open and it was full of customers. So I knew there was good stuff to eat here ! Turns out they specialize in deep fried local delicacies. I had the oyster pancake which was freshly made with fat little oysters, the chive spring roll was light and most importantly not greasy. Chowing down and chatting with locals at the little bar seating area added to the great atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well know stand, specializing in fried oyster cabbage balls, also fried sweet potatoes and daikon cake, leek rolls, etc. Fresh ingredients tastes came thru loud and clear,. Not overfried, nice color and crispy outside.
