早上5:30分就開始賣，涼麵麵比較細偏軟，麻醬也比較淡味，不似外面的涼麵是很濃、重口味型，上面加上蒜泥、切絲的黃瓜，走的是比較清爽口感的涼麵，旁邊有佐料區可以自己滴上幾滴辣油。湯品有味噌跟紫菜口味，比較推薦味噌湯，內容豐富還加上小魚乾。一個大麵加上一個湯100元以內，也可以當成是午餐來吃，是一個銅板美食。
推薦美食：涼麵(大)、味噌蛋花湯or味噌綜合湯

一盒$50的控肉飯有一顆完整的好吃滷蛋，十分的撫慰飢腸轆轆的心靈，而且控肉大塊有一些厚度，雖然看起來很肥，但能輕易跟飯攪拌在一起，吃起來不會有油膩感，飯也是粒粒分明的好吃
湯因為有個別滾過，與一般直接把滾湯沖進蛋液的做法不同，所以蛋相較於別人會稍微硬一點點?，但也不至於會過硬
看老闆準備食物當中，有一滴煮湯的湯汁滴出來，老闆立刻用非常乾淨的抹布把那一滴擦掉，看看抹布跟看看四周環境，涼麵也有用網子蓋起來，能知道老闆非常的注重整潔衛生，很少有小吃店乾淨到這種程度，買這家的食物讓人吃起來非常的安心
