★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天再來評論這家民生西路157號的楊中化大貢丸大家相信對這個楊中化先生一定不陌生，那自己幾乎天天都會經過。那今天要再次的來評論他的貢丸呢，我認為魚漿裹得非常的適中，我覺得入口的口感Q彈，而且一咬下去就在口中炸開來了美味的湯汁，而且他的湯頭也很不錯?唯一美中不足的就是它的價錢有點貴。可是本人覺得東西好吃是值這個價錢的，現在應該已經是楊中化先生的兒子繼承了，他兒子很帥哈哈 服務態度也很親切，店面雖不大，但是經過就會聞到很香的味道。地點也很好找。值得推薦大家來嚐嚐看，很值得！允指回味喲！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 記憶中非常好喝的貢丸湯，應該可以算是台北吃過前幾的貢丸，湯頭偏甜，會灑上芹菜跟洋蔥，非常清甜。
以前桌上還會附藥酒，隨個人喜好加點，是令人難以忘記的味道，可惜這次再來吃，老闆說已經沒有提供藥酒了。
雖然店面樸實，但是是久久會想要來吃的味道

還可以買冷凍的回家煮，會另外給高湯。
老闆娘十分友善，我帶小朋友買晚餐～還請小朋友吃玉米～湯裡面可以另外加玉米、菜頭！
