這家的滷味我們覺得是目前吃過所有的最好吃的!!大推豆皮跟大雞腳,豆皮又嫩又入味,大隻雞腳皮很Q很好吃。 其他品項也很不錯,只是沒有價目表要先問清楚。東西都很新鮮,沒有雞騷味,豬騷味,用料很實在。是我們到寧夏夜市附近必買滷味~~ 萬一買太多,也可以冷凍保存,口味口感不會差太多喔! (老闆教的)

?位於民生西路上,距承德路交岔口不遠,擺於人行道上的攤車,經過常看到不少人購買,第一次來訪。晚上8點鐘左右抵達,攤車上的滷味已經剩的不多了,老闆看起來已在收攤。 ?沒有盆子放,自己拿夾子夾好滷味往空的地方聚集一堆,老闆再拿來切,自成一格。買了幾種來嚐鮮,甜不辣、豆皮、鴨腱頭、米血糕,共92元,無價目表,份量屬合理。 ?可選擇加辣,辣度屬提味等級,就滷的口味入味,醬汁稍有偏鹹(不知是否是最後包裝時加的醬),適合搭配啤酒。整體口感軟硬適中,其中豆皮吃起來多汁(推薦),甜不辣中規中矩,鴨腱頭有彈性及脆度,米血糕滷汁有滲透,保有軟糯口感。 有機會再訪嘗試其他款滷味。

Cheap and fast if you are a bit hungry. The taste is base on soy sauce. The hygiene is awful, the staff take money with bare hand then touch the food. Too salty for me, won't come again.
