★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oyster Omelet King (蚵仔煎大王) is one of the well-known restaurants offering delicious oyster omelet at the Ningxia Night Market (寧夏夜市). One has to fall in line to queue for a seat in this restaurant but the foods are fantastic and worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great oyster omelet. Authentic, so fairly simple. Great tasting sauce with perfectly balanced spice. Oyster soup is also pretty good considering how fresh the oysters are. The access to the bathroom in the back is seriously disgusting though and would fail any kind of sanitary control.
