Very good service, food is very fresh There are also many kinds of sauces. Sichuan Opera’s face and noodles are also very exciting.

The spicy hotpot is good. Also the restaurant provides a traditional "face change" show every three hours. However, the price is a little bit expensive.

Went here with my boss family, a birthday celebration we had an amazing dinner the lady who served us was really nice.

It is all nice usually, only big drawback is the super long waiting queue. Service person is abit rushing at times. Moderate cleanliness.

Recommended by a friend and we thought it was one of the best places we have ever had the pleasure to dine in. The food was great and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The restaurant itself went above and beyond the realm of customer service especially when they knew that we were tourists and it was our first time to visit Taiwan. They gave us several welcome dishes and freebies and went beyond by giving us a goodie bag to take back home to the Philippines. I know that it's just another day for them but heck, it was quite something for us! We'll be flying back to Taiwan in a couple of months with some friends and for sure we'll let them experience how it is to be a guest in this awesome place.

I really enjoy this restaurant. It is in Q Square (Taipei Main station) on 4th floor. First time I came here. If you come here and must be wait for serving, don't worry. They offer nail service, enjoy cookies and ice cream. But don't eat so much. You come here to eat hotpot. Their hotpot is so delicious with many flavours. I recommend that you should choose 4 flavours. 2 flavours and 4 flavours hotpot are around 400NTD, not so much different price. They give them an tablet to order. But in my opinion, not so much seafood option, just basic. U can choose half or whole portion, depending on you. U can control the price and what you want to order by yourself. The day I come here, they have Chinese performance (face mask changing). Oh, So nice and fun. In addition, you can see 'noodles performance'. For me it is ok, it is just around 5 minutes and...no special (when they perform, music will coming.. It is Sugar). Sausage is NTD50/person. After eating, they offer you free ice-cream, cookies and fruit. I came here in the afternoon, so it is sunny at my table (my table is near window). But they can't change table, we accept it. At the end, they give us Taiwanese 'dianxin' (fried bun with milk butter) which is so tasty. Their waiters are helpful and friendly. For all of this, we give waiters who served us some tips. It is not required, just because we enjoy their attitude. Good job!

This place is an experience in itself! I highly recommend it for the absolute royal treatment when you are waiting (see other reviews for details), the hand-made noodles made right in front of your face, the traditional face-mask changing show, the delicious hot pot and the stellar service! And please don't make reservations when you go; just get there, get a waiting number and enjoy the waiting room service ;) :D

Amazing service. Our servers 雅雯 and 煥緯 were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive and friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They provided us with seat cushions for our granny who can’t walk very well. When they noticed she couldn’t chew some of the food they offered us steamed egg that I believe isn’t on the menu. 2022.05
