 The crust is white and soft, it doesn't feel crispy, there is no juice in it, it's dry, the meat is very separated from the green onions, it doesn't quite meet my taste, but the price is ok

餅皮不錯，烤的剛好，不焦保有餅皮的香甜味，但就少了焦香，看個人喜好
內餡普通，不柴但也不多汁，中規中舉
但即便漲價40一顆還是不錯的

The crust is good, the baking is just right, and the sweetness of the crust is preserved without burning, but the aroma is less, it depends on personal preference
The filling is ordinary, not firewood but not juicy
But even if the price is increased by 40, it is still good

Because I participated in the Taipei Lantern Festival, I hurried to eat pepper cakes. The seats were very eye-catching and the queue was crowded. It was still hot when I bought them home, and the cakes were relatively dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I tried buying one the owner rolled his eyes and pointed to the sign in Chinese that they weren't ready yet…Eventually I got around to finally trying them and they were very good at just 35 ntd though I don't know how they compare to the more famous ones which normally cost around 50ntd.
