★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかくぬか（米糠）が欲しくて飛び込みで行ったらありました！さすが。台湾はぬかを肥料以外に使用しないのか食す様には保存されていなく、おばちゃん店員にぬか床を作りたいと使い道を説明したら、じゃあより清潔なやつ持ってきてあげると粋な計らい。台湾でぬか床が果たして成功するのかわからないけどとりあえず2斤（1.2kg）購入。試試看吧
Anyway, I wanted Nuka (rice bran) and jumped in! As expected. Taiwan doesn't use bran for anything other than fertilizer, so it's not preserved to eat, so if you explain to an auntie clerk how to use it to make a bran floor, then bring a cleaner one. I don't know if the bran floor will succeed in Taiwan, but I bought 2 loaves (1.2kg) for the time being. Trial
