賑やかな通りを北上し迪化街十連棟近くの乾物店。
台北でも一等、乾物や漢方・お茶などをお安く購入できる迪化街ですがその中でもさらにお安く干し貝柱を購入しました。
澎湖の貝柱 300g 360元
台南沖合いの孤島 澎湖諸島産の干し貝柱、小指の先程の小さなものです。そのものの底味がしっかりで塩も効かせてあります。
飲む方はそのままでも良さげ、我が家では炊き込みご飯やパエリアの具材に使いました。
小ぶりとは言え1200円程度でたっぷりありお得感満載。冷凍庫で1年は持つそうです。
ほかのお店は1斤(600g)で800元前後でした。
優しげなお母さんが店番をされていて日本語は分からないようでしたが指先しでよいのでお買物には困りません。
冷凍で1年もつそうです。

The first class in Taipei, where you can buy dried food, Chinese medicine, tea, etc. at a low price, but among them, I bought a more dried shell.
Penghu scallop 300g 360 yuan
A solitary island off the coast of Tainan Dried scallops from the Penghu Islands. The bottom is solid and the salt is effective.
For those who drink, it is good as it is, and in my home I used it for cooked rice and paella ingredients.
Although it is small, it is full of great value at around 1200 yen. It seems to last for one year in the freezer.
Other shops cost around 800 yuan for 1 loaf (600g).
Gentle mother had a shopkeeper and did not seem to understand Japanese, but shopping at the fingertips was fine.
