★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日治時期建築，已劃為古蹟，屋主仍然在內居住。建築為兩坎兩進和洋混合風格，一樓外觀可見兩間店面，但內部作為一戶使用。在兩進之間有一口天井。2樓第1進客廳，2樓第2進故事館展示區，3樓從前臥房與神明廳，現在作為家族會館。
The building during the Japanese occupation period has been classified as a monument, and the owner still lives in it. The building is a mixed style of two ridges, two entrances and a Western style. Two storefronts can be seen on the first floor, but the interior is used as a household. There is a patio between the two entrances. The first entrance into the living room on the second floor, the second entrance into the story hall display area on the second floor, and the former bedroom and Shenming hall on the third floor are now used as the family hall.
