真正的「黑美人大酒家」舊址在延平北路與南京西路口。地址：103台北市大同區延平北路二段1號到3號 「森高砂咖啡館」
這家「黑美人新酒家」屬於同樣營業性質，承接 黑美人 名聲，從70年代起叱吒至今，是後期在同條路不同地址經營的另一間酒店，除了營業內容相同、名字"略"同，其他背景、年代、地址完全不一樣，就是一家台灣人70年代開的酒店而已，不是古蹟，不要搞混。
黑美人「新」酒家、黑美人「大」酒家，差一個字差很多。

This "Black Beauty New Restaurant" is of the same business nature and inherits the reputation of the Black Beauty. Since the 1970s, it has been another hotel operated at a different address on the same road in the later period. The other background, time, and address are completely different. It is a hotel opened by Taiwanese in the 1970s. It is not a monument, so do n’t get confused.
The black beauty "new" restaurant and the black beauty "big" restaurant are far from each other.
