打電話去客服，態度非常差。
快遞公司，案件送不到，然後硬要收費，這樣子的服務，只能說........扯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 預約了三點，等了一個小時快遞才到。中間重新跟客服詢問，客服竟然說前面的收件資料沒了要再給一次。再來給了快遞的電話，但怎麼聯絡都連絡不到，大失蹤。一個小時後終於到了，連句抱歉都沒有說，講話支支吾吾，真的態度很差。以後不會再叫了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 配合了一陣子，原本都還不錯、快速又確實，昨天叫件，說外務員出車禍，之後就一直沒有把東西送到，今天聯繫說送達時對方警衛已不收件，人家都從下午等到7點多，你7點半才送達…給誰收？然後請他們今天改送到另一個地方，結果對方也還是沒收到….（ps.能體諒發生事故難免，也沒有辱罵或是怪罪）狀況應變能力極差，客服也都沒有責任心，一樣準時下班…明明就有交代要回報，發生一次狀況整個失去信心，到現在都不知道我的重要文件到底在哪裡！很誇張！

問他口氣幹嘛那麼差還直接掛電話
該公司不如倒一倒算了
大家請改用其他寄貨公司或者LaLamove還比較好
