Instead of saying” excuse me, we don’t have it”, they said “obviously I don’t get what you mean, that means we don’t.” Come on, I believe you are very professional and have so many business to run. You don’t need to say things in that way and tone. I called other vendors near by this store, other people are clearly more eager to help and let me know what other options they have, or letting me know what they carried. Such a shame seeing all these wonderful review of this business and having a very unfriendly experience of the phone.
