★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 為台灣清治時期光緒年間湘軍所帶來的信仰。劉銘傳擔任台灣巡撫時，湖南勇到台灣駐守，以抗法國。軍隊帶來瞿公真人神像，作為醫神，保庇傷兵。
臺灣日治時期的調查，該廟是建於光緒十三年(1887年)，在臺北府城北門外（廟附近為清朝機械局）。日本人拆除舊台北城牆後，將此廟遷到今日的天水街。
It is the belief brought by the Hunan Army during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty in Taiwan. When Liu Mingchuan was governor of Taiwan, Hunan courageously went to station in Taiwan to resist France. The army brought the real god Qu Gong to serve as the god of medicine and protect the wounded.
According to the survey of Taiwan during the Japanese Occupation, the temple was built in the thirteenth year of Guangxu (1887), outside the northern gate of Taipei City (the Qing Dynasty Machinery Bureau near the temple). After the Japanese demolished the old Taipei city wall, they moved the temple to today's Tianshui Street.
