在做例行抽血及心電圖檢查時,這位謝姓護理師的態度非常親切及和顏悅色;ㄧ邊用專業輕柔地動作,ㄧ邊用溫柔音聲來幫家人做完這些流程。
家人有感她的自然流露而感動
欲以表達感謝
詢問之下,她只表達自己姓氏而不居功
這個行為,值得稱許和讚揚
另外急診室醫師伍智杰,同樣表現出親切和專業的態度,給予家人穩定的情緒
中興院區急診室的同仁,都給我們留下很好的印象

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒很人半夜去的,急診服務都是爛,但半夜幫忙服務態度不錯,換班後的態度不親切,清潔阿姨幫點忙,講二句話,被護士罵,有點可憐!

27日晚上父親因為畏冷、全身發抖故緊急送醫,看得出來因為連休的關係人手不足、值班的護理師及醫生們忙得不可開交。即使如此醫生還是做出了正確的診斷及幫忙詢問有人手能治療我父親的醫院。
現在父親已返家一陣子,仍在恢復當中,非常感謝!

On the evening of the 27th, my father was rushed to the hospital because he was afraid of the cold and his whole body was trembling. Even so, the doctor made the correct diagnosis and helped to inquire about the hospital where someone could treat my father.

各種要配合篩檢什麼都做了
護士甚至在還沒確定要吊點滴時硬要留針在手背
身心折磨又下著大雨10幾度的低溫我真的覺得快死了
醫生聲音只聽過兩次
(一次為篩檢戳鼻子問診 一次為電話說明報告)
痛到受不了崩潰大哭了很久一位短髮護士才拔針
動作粗魯態度不佳說等等如果還是要抽血一樣要扎
醫生曾至電話中詢問要不要留院觀察至天亮
四點及七點各抽血做心電圖再檢查
從頭到尾沒有任何止痛應變措施
(甚至一開始還想留針頭在手背)
四點了短髮護士又來抽血
我堅持要抽左手臂而他態度也不好
抽了一管說血管不明顯 要求換另一隻手
(我是長期都有在捐血的人我不怕抽血但連我都被折磨的很痛苦 不知道是技術不好還是怎樣 )
總之三個針孔 四五管血 尿液檢查 x光 都檢查了
也都正常無異狀 但我胸痛始終沒改善也沒任何動作
最後我告知短髮護士我不待到七點了
他也態度很差的說 那要簽自動離院書哦
最後連裡面幫忙的伯伯詢問我有沒有好一點
我告訴他 完全沒有(心想來了更多病 身心折磨)
他叫我可以直接找醫師
我跟他說我不知道醫師在哪
他也很好心告訴我
我跟我男友再去找醫師途中
又被那個短髮護士攔下 ==
問我要幹嘛
我說我想要問醫生可不可以開個止痛藥給我
他說他會幫我問
最後得來的是醫師不開
還有簽自動離院同意書以及幫我掛號心臟科
在留院期間也聽到護士們嘻笑聲
其實急診人不多 包涵我大概四五位吧剩下都是空床
我不知道這是什麼職業道德
至別人於不聞不問動作粗魯一點同理心都沒有
事後也詢問過護理師朋友
他表示急診本來及容易丟包人
但是我的情況很誇張
一顆星我也不想給 懇請大家看到評論不要去了
頂著不舒服好聲好氣按照流程配合換來這種結果
我從未對任何店家評論過 態度再差都一樣
這次我真的是忍無可忍
還有拜託看到短髮護士離她越遠越好
不然會衍生出更多病

The doctor once went to the phone to ask whether to stay in the hospital for observation until dawn
At 4:00 and 7:00, blood was drawn for ECG re-examination
No pain relief from start to finish
(I even wanted to keep the needle on the back of my hand at first)
It's four o'clock, the short-haired nurse comes again to draw blood
I insist on pumping my left arm and he has a bad attitude
I took a tube and said that the blood vessels were not obvious, and asked to change the other hand.
(I am a person who has been donating blood for a long time. I am not afraid of drawing blood, but even I was tortured very painfully. I don’t know if it is because of poor technology or what)
In short, three pinholes, four or five tubes of blood, urine examination, and x-rays were all checked.
It's all normal, but my chest pain hasn't improved and I don't have any movement.
I finally told the short-haired nurse that I wasn't staying until seven.
He also had a very bad attitude and said that he had to sign the auto-leaving letter.
Finally, even the uncle who helped inside asked me if I was better
I told him not at all (thinking of more illness, physical and mental torture)
He told me to go directly to the doctor
I told him I don't know where the doctor is
