★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a motorbike for a day to explore the Surrounding area. Rental was very easy and straight forward. One of the staff speaks good english so the communication was without problem. The bike was in very good condition. The price was good ans transparent. Credit Card (Visa&Mastercard) payment was possible and worked.
I will definitely rent again at my next trip to Taipei and book in advance as they do have some nice heavy motorbikes as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bike in good condition. This rule wasn’t clear but returned bike without a full tank and was charged $300 NT. Also $100 NT for the each hour over time. We payed $400 NT in additional fees on a 24hour rental.

My friend and I were shocked by the attitude of the workers, being treated as if we were trying steal something from them.
Anyway,I told my the other friend about this
He said some of the reviews say something about involving dishonest issues.
Luckily, we didn’t face this kind of problem then.
One star for the really terrible attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a scooter at this store which can be very complicated from place to place when you're not a Taiwanese citizen. Not here. The staff is very friendly, the scooters are in a nice condition and the prices are reasonable. The communication is very easy and the employees English is quite good. Can really recommend this location!
