1. B1廁所非常乾淨。
2. 有車牌辨識系統、綠燈顯示空位系統。
缺點：
1.B1、B3（B2沒去不清楚）手機幾乎沒網路訊號，無法傳Line訊息，若萬一有緊急狀況不堪設想，請儘速強化各地下樓層之通訊品質，安全考量，非常重要。
 advantage:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 停車格在台北市來說算是大的了，動線規劃得還不錯，基本上都是直線，不太會有很奇怪的彎道，假日如果早一點來都還會有位子，考量到這附近不好停車，這個停車場真的是挺方便的。
