★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千萬不要跟這家店買東西或修東西,把我家紗窗拆走1個半月,當時說可以修理也報了2千多元的價格,我覺得價格可以所以讓師傅拆走修理,隔了1個半月後店家告訴我不能修,說要我買一個新的紗窗,並介紹了一個「良展興業」品牌的紗窗,然後跟我報了一個4800元的價格,上網查詢「良展興業」品牌的紗窗,發現網路上同尺寸的紗窗價格只要2676元,因此跟店家議價4000元,店家不同意,要我自己前往商店把紗窗載回,然後還要跟我收一個運費500元,我請老闆開發票給我,結果店家老闆居然開始瘋狂抱怨,說她都沒賺到我的錢,還言語羞辱說我上網查價格是不道德的行為,我跟老闆說那麼補貼她100元,開600元的發票給我,店家老闆居然叫我還要外加稅金,最後我付給了老闆630元。結論:忍耐了1個半月沒有紗窗,自己花時間油錢開車把紗窗載回,還要被不道德的人羞辱人格後,損失630元並惹了一肚子的氣。寫出來,希望不要有人再得到相同的經驗。
P.s.事隔9個月,收到店家的回覆如下:「本來原廠請我不要回覆你這種不理性的消費者,但我們實在做事的公司,只因你來我公司,我跟你講了一句請你尊重職業倫理,你就腦羞成怒,我們兩位師父跟你約好時間,白跑了四次你的公司,你放了兩次讓我們白跑,我有收你一毛錢嗎,你說不做,我把東西已經寄回原廠再請工廠寄回,總共花了600元的運費,我們白跑了四趟都沒有跟你計請工錢,我們何錯之有,如果原廠是你自己找到就算了怎麼可以要做了我跟你說工廠的名稱你自己再上網去找原廠,知道成本再回頭來請我不要賺你的工錢,難道你叫原廠去幫你安裝他會跟你只收成本,安裝都不用給工錢嗎,為什麼別人要平白無故去服務你,你開公司可以賺別人的錢,別人不能賺你的錢,我們何錯之有,要遭受你的污蔑,我們心安理得的我們該賺的錢,何況我自貼運費還白跑了四趟,何錯之有,請收回你的評論」
收到這樣的回覆讓我再次確認要把事實經過分享給大家,希望不要再有人遭遇相同不愉快的事情,事發當時我第一時間也是聯繫了製造廠商「良展興業」,「良展興業」說他們把價格公開在網路上,就是為了避免中間店家不肖哄抬價格,再來消費者買東西貨比三家天經地義,卻要被店家批評是不尊重職業倫理???店家說跑了四次放兩次鴿子,這兩次鴿子是店家的師傅突然打電話來說人在附近要過來,沒有先和我預約,而我正好外出不在,當然無法接待店家的師傅,另外的兩次,一次是店家第一次來與我商討要修改的窗戶情況和量尺寸,第二次是店家師傅說要再重新量一次窗戶尺寸,以上是店家所謂的「跑了我們公司四次沒有請工錢」,店家師傅來我家把我的YKK紗窗拆走前,當下我有請店家師傅先報價,店家師傅說2500可以修好,我才同意讓店家師傅把紗窗拆走的,一個半月後店家突然告訴我說2500修不好,要換成另外一個品牌「良展興業」的紗窗並要報價我4800,因為Y K K原廠報價修加安裝只需要3500 ,所以我和店家議價希望$4000能解決,從來沒有不要給安裝費的想法,再來店家說把窗戶寄回原廠花了她500,事實上是我支付了630元給店家,說到這裡相信明事理的人都能分辨是非,至於店家指控說我污衊,就留給大家去評斷吧。
最後我們家的紗窗是請Y K K原廠修理,Y K K換了全新的紗窗給我們,安裝加修理總共只花了$3500含稅。當然如果店家要繼續說我是個不理性的消費者,或說我惱羞成怒,或說我污衊,我不介意和大家再分享更詳細的事發過程。
