送修皮夾,店家於訂單上註明15-20天會好,結果20天過了沒收到通知,自行打電話詢問,店家竟然告知因為最近單太多送所以還沒好,還表示他們是以訂做皮件的客人為主,修理是次要,而且問其大概還需多久也無法確定....好莫名其妙,既然如此當時可以不要接單啊,說清楚會拖這麼久我根本就不會把皮夾放在你們那裡修,白白浪費我的時間,害得我出國要用都來不及了!更誇張的是,因店家未信守時間,所以想改送別家修理,結果去把皮夾拿回來的時候,店家連一句道歉都沒有,我真是不理解他們做生意的態度

第二次修補: 感謝店家的二次修復,整體完整性與細緻度都提升非常多,原本缺失的地方都有重新調整,針對售後問題積極的提供補救辦法,還是值得讓人推薦的。(後面有補照片) ——————————————————— 第一次修補: 到這邊修了識別掛牌,因為原本掛脖地方斷裂了,但維修過程不知道是不是師傅沒注意到,維修後到店家取件因為旁邊還有客人就無法仔細檢查,才發現皮革上竟然多了像補皮革邊的膠,而且還去不掉(有點傷心啊)畢竟當初買這掛牌也不便宜,真正需要補的掛脖不知道是不是用剩下的料材補的,整圈的寬度最後竟然不一致?? 只能說不要常常看掛牌比較不會太在意,往好方面想至少可以用了?

前年朋友購買一個全新F牌卡包當生日禮 購買時沒仔細檢查 因疫情關係 幾個月後稍穩定見到面我才收到 但準備使用後才發現金屬鎖扣螺絲脫落 拿去專櫃櫃姐推托說一定要購買者資訊不然不收件 但我又不好意思跟對方說 ?(F牌大扣分 商品嚴重瑕疵還不幫忙維修) 後來送去吉鎂 雖最終有一點點維修痕跡 但至少問題解決 謝謝 (之前也幫我維修過2-3次精品包包 品質有保證)
