這裡的每樣產品都吃得出老闆娘對食材的堅持!我也覺得好神奇,為何一顆小小的蛋黃酥,吃起來卻有著跟其它蛋黃酥那麼大的不同?實際瞭解後,才知道原來對食材的選用、餡料的重量、烘烤的時間甚至到包裝的樣式,老闆娘都不假他人之手,她的中心思想就是”我自己想吃的才會做出來分享給大家吃^_^”!所以,每個產品都是很限量的在制作! 因為想讓客人吃到最新鮮的產品,所以闆娘不會將產品做出來等,建議大家可以以預訂的方式訂購,如此一來,就能吃到最新出爐的產品囉^_^ 我心目中一定要吃的名單: 蛋黃酥,金太陽,芋頭酥,杏仁瓦片,燕麥健康餅乾,雪Q餅……當然,鳳梨&鳳黃酥是一定要的啦^_^ 大家如果有到工作坊附近,可以找闆娘聊聊天,相信你會跟我有一樣的感覺^_^

老闆娘很用心!用的都是真材實料!店面不大,相信都是花在實材上,每一個鳳梨酥都吃得出老闆娘的用心良苦!還有手工餅乾,水果蛋塔,鳳凰酥,芋頭酥都很推薦喔!一定要來試試看!
