★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台北中山區的新建案～之前看廣告就覺得很不錯，前幾天帶家人一起來參觀，總價跟預計的差不多，以這個地段的大坪數豪宅來說是比較便宜的，業務帶我們去參觀的時候有說這裡是用雙總統套房的規格去做規劃，所以主臥的空間很舒適，其他比較印象深刻的就是採光的部分，三面都採光然後外面就是公園，是會讓人想一直待在家的家哈哈

It is cheaper to use the large number of luxury houses in this area. The business takes us to visit. It was said that the plan was to use the specifications of the double presidential suite, so the space in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The other ones were more impressive. The three sides were lighted and then the park was outside. It would make people want to stay at home. Haha
