消費時間: 2021年5月 老實說連給一顆星都覺得很仁慈 一趟查修, 家中三台冷氣, 其他兩台冷氣的電源線都被剪斷 不說根本沒有檢查線路, 還活線作業, 復歸也只是絕緣膠帶綑一綑就當完工 完全不推薦這家水電行 因家中頻繁跳電, 已自行查出是冷氣no2的開關造成跳電 想說請師傅來看是開關, 電線還是電器有問題 師傅一來, 完全沒有在搞清楚的狀況下 (狀況已經電話敘述過至少兩次) 隨手撥動我家電盤的其他開關 聽到冷氣no2的開關有問題 直接將離冷氣no2最近的戶外機電源線剪斷 又未經通知直接去電表撥開電源 造成二度跳電.... 結果是剪到冷氣no3的電源線 (中途一直跳針我說謊, 那個開關根本不是冷氣no2.... 最後才發現是自己剪錯線...也沒道歉...) 確認冷氣no2室外機壞掉後 已說會之後自行處理了 又擅自把戶外機電源剪掉 還不停推銷自家的冷氣安裝服務 令人崩潰的事實 師傅離開後, 竟然好好的冷氣no1也沒電 自己仔細檢查後發現, 原來不只冷氣no2 他連冷氣no1的電源線也剪斷了..... 此時已經不敢再找師傅回來 自己買工具材料把電源線處理好.... 完全無法形容此次是請師傅來查找我家電線 還是來我家破壞電器 順便進修自己的水電技能 強烈建議大家千萬不要找這家水電行 2021/5/14補充 放寬一百倍來想, 第一次剪錯電線可以是查修誤會 第二次剪錯電線 就單純是師傅在施作的時候 根本沒有注意到線路走向 不確定師傅是否有注意到剪錯線 但no1與no2的電源線都被剪掉 想必師傅是有剪到四條電線 一個戶外機用兩條電線 剪了四條電線不會覺得奇怪嗎? 而師父到離開前都沒提及 這很難是誤會 我方從頭到尾都有告知, 之前別家來看時有提供查修方法 因此是在確定哪裡有問題的狀況下請師傅查修 結果也證實我們原本確認的問題點無誤 "電盤上冷氣no2的開關有問題, 造成跳電" "請師傅來查修是開關, 電線還是電器有問題" 說法都沒有改變過 整個迴路上就是冷氣no2的開關, 電線, 戶外機跟室內機 後續也確認是冷氣no2的戶外機電線燒掉 範圍限縮到這麼小的查修 跟要剪掉業主家電器的電線 前後巡一下應該花不了多少時間 師傅一來就直接把靠近該台冷氣的戶外機線剪掉, 根本沒確認電線走向 還反怪業主有問題跟說謊? 如果老實告知跟道歉剪錯了, 我還會摸摸鼻子算了 想不到是場誤會(?) 強烈不希望再與貴公司合作, 修補也不必了 如果修補的措施還是活線作業跟絕緣膠帶黏一黏 沒有專業背景的普通人也可以施作 (事實上已經自己處理好了) 不需要再花錢找氣受

【叫修經驗差勁至極,給一星都違反自己的良心】01.師傅抓毛病的能力就是試謬,把業主的問題當打怪練經驗;電工作業4項成功修繕3項,水工作業6項僅業主自備材料換裝水龍頭成功,其餘5項均無法順利抓毛病或有任何改善,依舊堅持收費(包含無謂更換未損壞的設備器材),因原舊設備係訂製品有更佳效能請其拆還並恢復原器材設備又藉口下一位業主在等急著走且不願退費,只能事後再請他行師傅恢復;02.師傅說謊不老實;問故障原因,未加測試即隨口回答,唬弄消費者;例如山型吸頂燈一開始說燈具壞掉,詢問是線路鬆脫老舊、安定器或是電子元件壞掉時,誑騙說這型沒有安定器,家中長輩堅持拆開檢視(確有安定器),請其測試是否真的安定器壞掉,才又改口電子元件故障,完全就是看外行人就隨口這個壞那個壞,試圖直接更換新貨賺取換裝可能或更高服務價額。03.報價均偏高,但不值那個價;業主自行備妥耗材工料,依然報價偏高;業主供料僅簡易換裝也會報價安裝服務費500-800不等的服務費,那也罷,尊重專業養成不易,可以接受服務費用,但希望是成功抓出毛病順利修繕;惟成功修繕率低,動作粗魯隨便不說,施工現場弄的亂七八糟,剪線、絕緣膠皮亂扔,燈具開關也是未先清潔擦拭髒污毫不在意就亂抹隨擦污染業主場所,施工事後也不清潔,收完費用就走了。詢問施工是否協助維護業主場所,扭頭就走。【總結】整體印象均糟糕至極,師傅態度隨便,專業欠佳,更慘的是有數次叫修他行均轉單至這家同一位師傅,強烈建議中山區水電叫修如果不是叫這家也要事先確認不要轉單到這家,因為維修經驗肯定不會太好。
