★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因嚴重過敏起疹子舊疾復發，須按照別的院所（太偏遠以致無法就診）曾開過的藥方配藥，女藥師極具耐心對照藥單配藥，也向我解說當時醫生開的各種藥物，過程中態度親切、細心也很溫暖，並且能充分同理客人的不適，令人感到安心、值得信賴。
配藥完後，也不像其他藥局忙著推銷昂貴的藥物或保養品，反倒還找了一些適合我症狀的相關產品贈予試用，給的份數充足，是真心要幫客人解決問題，不是只想賣東西。
開了三天的藥和藥膏，藥師細細叮囑用量、用法，而且只收取藥物的費用（共165元），未多收調劑費，實在是不推說不過去的好藥師！十分感謝！

The female pharmacist was very patient with the prescription list and explained to me the various drugs prescribed by the doctor at that time. In the process, the attitude is kind, attentive and warm, and can fully empathize with the discomfort of the guests, which makes people feel at ease and trustworthy.
After dispensing the medicine, unlike other pharmacies, they were busy selling expensive medicines or skin care products. Instead, they found some related products suitable for my symptoms and gave them to try. The number of copies given was sufficient. I really wanted to help customers solve their problems. Just want to sell things.
After prescribing the medicine and ointment for three days, the pharmacist carefully advised the dosage and usage, and only charged the cost of the medicine (a total of 165 yuan), and did not charge the adjustment fee. It is really a good pharmacist who does not push back! Thank you very much!

When I showed them my daughter’s trouble (I told them the kid got too much gas/air in her stomach which made her much less active and I was worried) they quickly found that the trouble isn’t caused by food or stomach itself but directly warmed me that some air might have came through her belly bottom from outside and stay inside of the belly, which may cause some pain and made her feel extremely uncomfortable.
What I appreciated them so much is, instead of selling me some pills for stomach problem, the pharmacist gave me special cream to apply on my daughter’s belly, also taught to cover her belly bottom with breathable tape to protect the air coming into her belly again.
I am grateful for their knowledge and definately recommend this pharmacy to foreigners like us living in TPE or foreigners while traveling. You don’t need a pharmacy/shop which may rip u off but understand your trouble and listening to u like they did.
