★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot for a variety of breakfast and other foods! We tried the Dan Bing, Fan Twan, Yu Tiao, Xiao Long Bao, and Cong Yu Bing. They were all super tasty especially with the garlic sauce!

Mantou is pretty good - light aroma and not dry.
Egg tart is decent - yummy custard but poor crust.
Potstickers are average.
The onion pancake with egg is good. Bf loved it.
NTD $175 for our order.
Like other reviews said, it is a bit dirty. There was a small bug in our egg tart (just picked it out), but we didn't see any cockroaches or rodents while we were eating. The worker who helped us seemed nice.
Update: I went back the next day to get a Chinese donut and soy milk (sweetened). Saw a dead cockroach and a live one. At least they're the smaller cockroaches....? Donut was not fresh and soy milk wasn't really good. Same worker who helped us yesterday helped us today and she is nice so I'll leave my review at 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning. Pretty dirty place. Tables hardly cleaned or wiped and staff just chatting around, super inefficient and slow service. Don’t order food from the counter as it’s all cold and just reheated. Hygiene biggest gripe, and they reuse the deep fryer oil for other cooking. Won’t be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great breakfast that can only be delivered by a Dou Jiang restaurant. This place is literally always open and there when you need it providing consistently good typical Taiwanese fried breakfast foods. Their Xiaolong bao were particularly good I have to say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very popular breakfast place for locals. Simple setting, no table service. You order and pay first. You can choose to eat in the store or take out. Not too many tables in the store, you might have to share the table with other customers. We ordered the traditional Chinese breakfast: soybean milk with sugar, Chinese donuts, Chinese flat bread, Chinese pancake with eggs.
