漏掉了我們要求的"禁煙"條件,碰巧當天 HOTEL 的禁煙房型都已客滿, 無法調整, 我用 LINE 通報後, 旅行社業務利立即確認, 再馬上打電話到 HOTEL 櫃台協商, 確定沒輒後也直接跟我通電話, 說明並致歉, 也請HOTEL 加強房間空氣品質的濾清,回到台灣後也立即跟我聯絡, 並親自登門拜訪, 再次致歉, 很多時候, 難免會發生狀況, 但翔笙給我的感覺就是有誠意, 絕不硬ㄠ,這種態度恨難得, 值得嘉許!!

I also talked directly on the phone to explain and apologize, and also asked HOTEL to strengthen the filtration of the air quality in the room. After returning to Taiwan, I immediately contacted me and visited in person. I apologize again. In many cases, it is inevitable that something will happen, but Xiang Sheng gives me the feeling that he is sincere, never hard, this kind of attitude is rare and worthy of praise!!
