★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次要辦理公證，先打電話詢問相關細節以避免白忙一場，致電詢問接電話的小姐，回覆聲音很冰冷，講話速度又非常的快，因為有許多的專有名詞，導致必須請小姐再敘述一次，因為自己也是從事服務業，不太想麻煩對方
但是對方一直用很快的速度敘述專有名詞，真的讓我感到很不舒服；尤其已經講了多次"請慢一點"
