太好了終於經過這家可以試試看起司條+可麗露,號稱雙王招牌(???) 結果順勢到隔壁咖啡店邊聽老闆介紹+手沖咖啡邊享用甜點,超搭!讓我順便業配一下隔壁咖啡店XD 起司條奶香味很夠,退冰後入口即刻化開,有如中了化骨綿掌,底層餅乾卻不濕軟仍保持脆硬,非常棒! 可麗露如此做工繁複,一顆賣$50非常佛(不能單買需一次買一盒3顆~但很能接受),最厲害的是外層酥脆、內層柔嫩,最最最厲害的是外層雖酥脆卻不黏牙(很多可麗露外層咬一咬直接沾黏臼齒手還要伸進去摳掉超煩),奇怪到底怎麼做到又脆卻不黏你口只黏你手??

可麗露三入$150,沒有單顆販售,沒吃完要放冷凍保存 以這種size 賣$50算是不錯的cp 值 但在口感上不夠紮實,外面的皮跟裡面的內餡都是。期待的是裡面更紮實Q彈的可麗露,這太軟讓人聯想到紅豆餅的奶油?,香氣也不足,吃不太出奶油的香,還有皮應該能再厚一點 但還好還能知道我吃的是可麗露,有做出可麗露的皮,可惜沒做出可麗露的骨….?但外面很多人連可麗露的皮都做不出來,這家算是ok
