★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這一家之前在三重龍濱路（元氣鍋燒），之後老闆娘移位子來到了台北市合江街（鑫鮮鍋燒）因為以前有吃過了，餐點有一定的水準！鍋燒意麵他的精髓肯定是湯頭！老闆娘每天用雞骨熬煮湯頭，我們做工的人愛喝湯，去哪裡吃飯喝一口湯就知道！有些店家加味精，一喝下去之後馬上就口渴了！都喝到變老饕了！蝦子還有蛤蠣都是新鮮的！口感馬上就可以察覺！餐點都是現場點餐現場煮喔！個人是比較偏愛沙茶鍋燒意麵！
味道比較重！

這樣才不會浪費時間在等待喔！

The meals are all ordered on-site and cooked on-site! Personally, I prefer Shachapot Pasta!
