As a middle-aged uncle with some physical disabilities, after entering the FB of Feitian classroom one day, he started an uninterrupted (physical and online) physical and mental training course for more than 2 years. I personally like it here (compared to other places where I have taken classes). As far as classrooms are concerned, clean and hygienic floors and mirrors are the daily basics. The point is that the toilet is clean enough that you can wash your hands slowly, groom yourself, and leave in good time. On the aisle, flowers and dancer Bodhisattva statues allow people to calmly, relax, concentrate and treat their body and mind gracefully (big push). As far as the teacher is concerned, the teaching mode that is small and rigorous in order to achieve the purpose of the course but allows the students to take a breath at the right time is very appealing to me. After all, no matter how strong the willpower of the uncle is, he has to take a break! The course of the class will make people feel that time is fast and enter the flow learning mode. For students who experience, they will also pay attention to the needs... As far as classmates are concerned, during the day there are young OLs, housewives, men and women retirees, etc. taking classes together. During the course, I can't feel the creepy atmosphere of "comparing" between classmates. There is only a positive feeling of wanting to work hard and make progress together. People are at ease. If you are a student who wants to take the dance class, there are more rigorous and solid basic skills and techniques; if you are a housewife or a retiree (both men and women), there are also students who start from scratch and have soft waists. The key point is Good to chat and share (notes); if you are a young OL office worker, the aesthetic training of Dunhuang Feitian is also a super soft power in the workplace...
