The soup was very strong and heavy. The noodle and the egg are perfect. Not a big fan for ramen but this place impressed me a lot!!!

Rich broth, slightly firm/perfectly cooked noodles, tasty egg, tender pork belly and an amazing rib to top it off. Quick service and typical ramen house atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.

The ramen and the rib taste good. The soup has a perfect balance of salt and sweetness, but it was a little bit greasy.

I had the Kamiyama ramen and it was legendary. My wife had the Tsuke noodles and it was an amazing first experience. The noodles are great and the broth is just right. The sides are just pleasant bonuses to the main dishes. Come earlier so you can avoid the queue.

Always a pleasure dining here. The fried tofu is particularly delicious. Good value for your money, in particular if you want some extra side dishes and go with the individual set meal or set meal for two. You can request additional noodles upfront which is always great when you are looking for something that could last you the whole day. Some may dislike the shrimp base, so if you are one if those stay clear. Personally I love it! They do have bowls without shrimp oil so look for those if you are allergic. The noodles are on thick side (preference) and the chef cooks them very consistently al dente. Allergy warning: some bases have shrimp oil and some contain peanuts.

The soup is fairly rich, however, the noodle is slightly thicker than usual but has a great biting texture. The pork that said "vinegar", well, don worry, it has nothing to do with vinegar or sourness. Its just a cooking style name that derived from Japan. The pork is basically braised or cooked in dark soy sauce, so the outer layer is dark in color and rich in flavor of soy-taste. And its relatively fat if you are not a fan of grease, otherwise, its good!

Came about 35 min before closing on a weekday and it was somewhat empty luckily. Loved the ramen. The meat was extra tender though I wish it was heated up a bit more. Broth was nice and thick as it should be. They do have a English menu if you ask. Will come back to try other ramen next time I return!
