★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 奉勸各位社工系學生 在挑選實習或志工服務機構時千萬要謹慎......拜託多跟系上學長姐或系辦打聽打聽機構的評價，包含：行政制度、學生工時和業務量是否合理、有沒有專業社工督導、成績考評方式、機構內部的經費帳務核銷處理。
好的機構讓你獲得真正的社工實務經驗，不好的機構只是把你當作免費勞工/志工老師/營隊隊輔/打雜的，實習完了還是不知道到底學到什麼，對於未來求職也沒有幫助。
I advise all social work students to be cautious when choosing an internship or volunteer service organization...Please check with the elder sister of the department or the department office for the evaluation of the organization, including: administrative system, student working hours and business Whether the amount is reasonable, whether there is professional social worker supervision, the way of performance evaluation, and the processing of internal fund accounting write-offs.
A good organization allows you to gain real practical experience in social work. A bad organization just treats you as a free labor/volunteer teacher/camp team assistant/handyman. After the internship, you still don’t know what you have learned. It is also for future job hunting. no help.
