I've tried countless times in the US to achieve this color, and the stylist here got it in less than 2 hours. I booked an appointment in advance over the phone. They were very accommodating and nice about the fact that I speak VERY little Mandarin. I would advise to bring in pictures of the color you want. The total job was about 3000 Taiwan dollars including wash, blow dry, and styling--very similar to the price in the US for long hair. :)
