皮蛋油條調的醬很讚!
酒香蛋也很讚!!
但是今天的雞叉燒吃起來乾乾柴柴的,不確定是不是因為太薄水分不容易留存。
分量對一個正常食量的女孩子剛剛好。
裡面還有個雞肉丸,不太確定是魚漿做的還是肉泥做的?
雞清湯非常清爽,仙草湯也很降火不會很怪?
會想再訪吃吃看其他小菜!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整體裝潢偏台式復古風,餐點也有將台式菜色融入日本拉麵精神的感覺。招牌的夥房姥麵,第一口建議先喝雞湯,清香甘醇,也可以看到店家特別加了一點柑橘類的皮,讓湯頭層次更豐富,再來可以加些台上自製的辣油,能夠增添香氣。配菜中的白菜切成小口仍然保有脆度。舒肥雞叉燒會稍微炙烤過,增加香氣。
The overall decoration is in a Taiwanese retro style, and the meals also have the feeling of integrating Taiwanese dishes into the spirit of Japanese ramen. For the signature Huofang noodles, the first bite is to drink chicken soup, which is fragrant and sweet. 內用位置不多 假如客滿需在門口左邊牆上先登記
都是吧台座位 空間有點擁擠 有人要出來的話需跟著站起來讓別人過 有點不方便

有加香菜不喜歡的話記得提前告知 湯頭中規中矩 這是想像的到的味道 叉燒有炙燒味道很喜歡 糖心蛋是酒香味很讚!

屬於比較清淡類的 湯喝起來仙草味不是很濃 但就是有種草本味 蠻特別的 吃完爽口

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小小的店,只能坐六個人,隔壁好像可以在坐3個人吧(?)提供的餐點很簡單,主要就是3個湯頭的麵,仙草口味的還滿特別的,當下以為會是濃濃店仙草味,但不是,入口還是雞湯味,到最後才會有淡淡的仙草味,像是回甘那樣微微的味道,還滿好吃的。店家提供的辣油也是很不錯,真的是很微微微的辣(簡稱日本辣好了),主要是提香,真的變香很多,吃麵的同時,笑氣溢散地很誇張,直接衝鼻。這家店推,不過這家真的只適合1-2人來吃,比較容易有位置。

通常吃完拉麵都是很鹹很油
仙草拉麵底雞湯非常清爽加上白菜
第一口入喉非常清新,加上老闆自治花椒油
不辣卻非常提香增添風味,但還保有湯底的清爽
麻辣鴨血豆腐真的不燥也不死鹹太讚了
用的豆腐也是我愛的豆味濃厚那種
完食嘴巴還是清爽不油的,胃很舒服的被滿足
這是老闆研發的獨家湯底~太喜歡了☺️

(前面五組約40分鐘)
共三種湯頭,這次試了老母雞與烏金,
下次想試試麻辣口味搭配其他小菜。
湯頭香氣細緻、吃完清爽不油膩。
配菜有炒過、雞肉也經炙燒。
如果店內提供的是冰水(或販售冰啤酒)就更完美了XD!
店面不大、座位稍小,
如坐內側需等外側客人用完餐才方便出入。
等待時無意間看到店員很認真清洗食材,
大加分。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外觀較不起眼,容易錯過。用餐環境有分兩邊,吧台座位較狹窄,服務態度良好。吃膩了雞白湯拉麵的可以試試看不同口味,但比較不適合想吃日系拉麵的人。
烏金仙草:溏心蛋好吃,非常推薦加點。加了仙草一起熬煮滿特別的湯頭,但是仙草味較不明顯,建議添加吧台上的辣味香油提味,可以使湯頭再提升一個層次。細麵中規中矩,可惜咬勁不夠。雞肉部位是雞胸肉,雖然料理方式是舒肥,但口感仍然偏乾。
麻辣姥麵:湯頭真的滿香的,喝起來很順口,鴨血豆腐也很入味,滿推薦的。雞肉跟烏金仙草的一樣。
小農時蔬:今天是菠菜,調味比較清淡。
柚子蘿蔔:清脆香甜,滿開胃的一道小菜。
雖然可能有點多餘,不知道筷子是不是為了配合裝潢而挑選,但跟其他餐具搭配起來有點違和感,或許換木筷更可以提升視覺效果,看起來可能也會更有質感。

It is recommended to add spicy sesame oil on the bar to enhance the flavor, which can enhance the soup to a higher level. The thin noodles are quite satisfactory, but unfortunately the bite is not enough. The chicken part is chicken breast, although the cooking method is fat, but the taste is still dry.
Spicy Bamboo Noodles: The soup is really fragrant, and it tastes very smooth. The duck blood tofu is also very tasty, which is highly recommended. The chicken is the same as that of Wujinxiancao.
Small Farmers Seasonal Vegetables: Today is spinach, the seasoning is relatively light.
Grapefruit radish: crisp and sweet, a side dish full of appetizers.
Although it may be a bit redundant, I don’t know if the chopsticks were chosen to match the decoration, but it is a bit inconsistent with other tableware. Maybe changing the wooden chopsticks can improve the visual effect, and it may look more textured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Chicken broth ramen, chicken meat is sous vide before cooked in the broth. Unlike the traditional Japanese ramen, the chicken broth is not too salty. Top of the noodle is sprinkled with orange peels that provided a hint of fruity taste to bring out the flavor of the chicken broth.
The side dish of spicy duck blood is flavorful but not too spicy to make your mouth numb. In house pickled pike is the weakest link of what was ordered tonight, as it has a flavor that is similar to canned fish.
The shop is small, customers are cramped into a single row of seats. However if you want the experience of dining in a Japanese ramen shop in Taipei, this is the place you have to visit.
