上個月去吃銷魂麵舖前
先去買了食飴的千層蛋糕
千層蛋糕這種甜點製作起來真的很費時費工
我每次在家作兩顆千層
煎完7、80層可麗餅皮後都快發瘋?
但享用的時候又感到無比幸福
所以千層蛋糕賣得貴，都堪稱有理
畢竟純手工最值錢（笑）做過了才會懂
食飴是名店，已經是舊聞。
但好吃是好吃，總覺得可麗餅皮有點過軟⋯
可能我更喜歡宜蘭那家千層蛋糕?

口味是細緻沒錯
但說他媲美Lady M？倒是言過其實?
