昨天下午去列印+影印,結帳時女店員算張數後,直接告知45元,心想我才印2張彩色+4張黑白列印+4張黑白影印,怎麼那麼貴… 更扯的是,我朋友她印1張彩色+6張黑白才13塊? 當下覺得很奇怪,走出去沒多久折回店裏問彩色一張多少,女店員答1張7塊。我又問影印黑白一張多少?女店員答1張0.7塊,我再問列印黑白一張多少?女店員答1張1塊。艸…45元怎算的? 叫她現場給我重算,她才說以為我都印彩色的,你眼睛沒問題嗎?算張數的時候明明看到妳有每張打開看一下,還說我沒分開拿給她,妳也沒提前跟我講要分開給妳看阿 請問老闆為什麼請一個眼睛不太好+數學也不太好的人當店員? 還要我後續主動詢問才發現錯誤阿? 這一顆?也不想給,不過幾塊錢也要黑? 奉勸各位對金額有疑慮一定要提出詢問,不要傻傻地就走了,因為他們連一點小錢也要貪,嘖嘖

1/18 晚間的消費,一位長髮約在肩膀以下的嬌小女店員服務 1. 店員拿錯紙材印製,經我發現提醒沒有特別道歉,然後有照收費。 我拿著紙卡指定的紙材印A3,看了輸出品一陣子發覺店員用錯紙張,後續與店員反應後重印正確紙,但前面印錯的部分照樣收費。(當然我也是可以接受錯誤的紙材,所以我付了錢~只是覺得態度怪怪的。) 2. 輸出物污損的處理態度 印製A3春聯,其中兩張有污損,一張A3裡面包含六張正方形春聯,店員回應說可能是機器卡紙,但其他五張還可以用吧?(意思是6張只有1張污損,這種良率你還不接受嗎?) 基於一點點的環保感,我當下是覺得OK,畢竟自己輸出本來就會抓多一點點的量,但事後想想還是覺得怪怪的吧,要不要接受我會覺得在服務上店員可以詢問是否需要重印,決定權應該還給消費者,而不是用一種風涼的態度說『6張之中才1張污損應該要可以接受吧?』 3. 同一份檔案同一種紙材,相比較有明顯色差(飽和度部分) 我不常在輸出店印比較多量,這也有可能是輸出店的常見狀況。 。 上週有去輸出,印了幾張都有一些瑕疵(應該是機器的問題),店內很忙碌但是兩位店員也很盡力幫我釐清處理,也因為多張都有點瑕疵所以主動少算我錢(一整張至少有一半可以使用,不用整張報銷) 昨天的消費我能保證我的態度都普通,沒有任何刁難, 我不在店裡面據理力爭,瑕疵就是瑕疵,有做錯就是有錯 分享這個也不是很想凹說重印,或是凹折價 只是分享這天在店裡的消費體驗,你們這位員工的態度可能需要改進。 最後感謝同位女店員幫忙免費裁切的部分 不過要是知道『已經有裁切輔助對準線了還會裁出多張白邊錯位』 我就會自己拿回去慢慢裁了。
