我覺得評價就是客人對這間店的感受,而不只是想抱怨或讚揚,就是客觀的對這間店的感覺,提供給沒去過的人參考的價值,另外客人並不是一間店的管理者,所以一間店不好,客人的立場只再於要不要消費,不喜歡自然就不會繼續消費更不需要去管理或是要求他們的員工,那是他們員工本身和管理者的問題。接下來就來評價這間店。 我按摩很多間了,非常有經驗,這間屬於基本型的,如果想享受貴婦感的公主和貴婦不要來,比較不適合: 1.進門沒有迎賓茶,若有躺岩盤,能量屋,倒的白開水水也是冷的,所以我都自己帶溫開水。(這點經過反應後有依照客人需求改進,如果想喝熱一點的溫水可以反應) 2.浴室水一開常常是冷的,要等一陣子或是前面有人剛好有用才會熱,熱的時候水有時又會太熱。。。而且浴室裡只有一罐身體乳,沒有洗髮乳和潤髮乳。 3.浴室的地墊,能量屋鋪的毛巾,感覺超髒。(因為客人超多,該店反應每天早上都有換新毛巾,這個就要大家體諒了) 4.按摩師的技巧不錯,但是確實會挑有其他客人跟你同一間的時候故意講出你身體的缺陷,滿沒道德的。(發生過一次,我是覺得如果按摩師知道哪天客人可能會跟其他人併間的時候應該先告知,溝通好之後沒問題當天再進去按摩,因為發現滿多人都不喜歡併間) 5.跟很多店一樣都一直會推銷其他課程,可是你希望他們做到的事在付款後要他們做到要看按摩師的素質。 6.按摩前,我覺得可以跟按摩師確認使用的油是不是自己購買的精油和按摩油。。。(我是覺得買什麼就應該要是什麼啦,各位可以感受看看) 7.預約不是你隨時累了要預約就可以預約的到,一定要提前預約。 8.按摩師有時候很八卦,會一直想挖客人隱私,希望好好按摩就好,不要沒有禮貌。。。 再來說說優點好了: 有時候會依照客人身體的需求做調整,按摩師的手技確實是不錯,如果只是單純想按摩放鬆而已,沒有要求硬體軟體高級,茶水持續供應的話,我覺得這間是滿不錯的。 目前從兩顆星增加到三顆,因為覺得該店會聽顧客的評價而改進,希望能將店打理的更乾淨一點,雖不要求硬體軟體,但是乾淨和舒服的感覺也會影響客人的心情。。。。。

文長,但建議看完 用課程誤導客人購買,最後才說ㄧ開始就說是賣產品沒辦法退 最初在On Spa網站買體驗券,結果體驗券內容跟實際內容不符,時間或儀器根本不一樣⋯ 在這邊你不會覺得你是客人,比較像是朋友 但是!講好聽是把你當朋友,講難聽一點就是很隨便 VIP室熱水不熱,常做完岩盤浴只能沖冷水 第一次去沒有人跟我說哪間浴室哪間廁所,還被笑是不是昏頭 雖然裡面都是女生但要做好身體一直被看光的心理準備 明明說好時間要先做岩盤再做課,結果去到那邊才發現被另一個美容師的客人用去了,感覺很不好 或是明明沒有預約的時間卻一直被通知隔天要做課(發生三四次了,很傻眼) 美容師琴琴技術好,人也溫暖 但很多事情沒有講清楚,明明販售產品卻以課程與客人溝通(他們說他們都是這樣跟客人講的),以及施作近一年的課,卻完全沒有讓我看過產品或是解說產品效能、期限及全新拆封過程,卻跟我說是賣產品不是賣課程 有時候身材會被嘲笑,可能在開玩笑,但其實聽了感受很差,花錢還被笑 公歸公私歸私,我認為即便再好的朋友,遇到金錢相關也必須得說清楚,而不是因為好所以鬆懈或忘記之類的,造成很多不必要的麻煩 最後說到要把沒有做完的課退掉(上網查是說可以退),才一直強調購買是產品開封了沒辦法退,被情緒勒索還說我在找麻煩,捍衛自己權益卻被說成找碴 最後店長出面說破例讓我退款,電話中說找一個彼此都能接受的計算方式,結果到現場根本不是那樣,他就給你一個價格,不要是你的事 而且!用他自己的計算方式去算,店長莫名多扣六千多塊,已經少給1萬5了,還莫名多扣一個6千多? 事後用Line詢問,詳細的用對方的計算方式算給他,並禮貌的詢問多扣的6千多是不是算錯,居然被已讀不回一個多月,最後請姊姊幫忙處理還被店長嘲諷事情要自己解決不要找朋友,請問都不回應我要怎麼處理?還一直不聽人家講,是我態度強硬他才聽我說,但一樣讓人感覺態度輕浮,最後發現自己真的算錯了態度突然轉變,真的令人無語 (店長自己承認價格多少都是他們自己喊,沒辦法提供公開的定價,你只能聽他們的,不退他們也無所謂) 喔對了,他們就是一副你要跑法院我可以陪你、消保也可以,反正他們不是第一次也不是最後一次遇到,沒有輸過或賠過,態度令人髮指 不過說真的消保沒什麼強制力,因為申請了但對方不來,也沒辦法強制規定要出席 也可能看我年輕不懂,對我的態度一直都蠻輕視 當初也是看了Google評價才決定買課,,注意是買課喔不是產品,網路上的資訊都是‘課程’,完全沒有提到產品 所以,如果你覺得你就是會在這裡做完,不會有其他因素離開或換地方,或是換了也沒差反正你不缺那些錢 而且你喜歡按摩師從頭到尾都跟你聊天,不喜歡安靜的享受放鬆的話,那就買吧,真心推琴琴,撇除要求退課後的種種不愉快,琴琴真的好 記得是買產品不是買課喔!也請在購買前查詢相關的法規,並詳列出需知事項,因為你沒問,他們不會主動說?
