久仰大名,初魚放在口袋名單裡很久了,終於有機會來訪。跟以往的鐵板燒印象很不一樣,當晚的料理沒有牛排、龍蝦等平常高級鐵板燒的食材,但是每道料理都令人驚艷!從第一道的烏賊調味就很不錯,到最後已經很飽了,還有一道炒飯,所以我覺得以一般正常男女生的食量都是可以吃飽的。 另外要大大稱讚3/21晚上第一間包廂的料理師傅,一開始店員有問我們是否有不吃的食材,朋友剛好去廁所而我也不知道朋友現在不吃牛肉了,所以當晚有一道類似壽喜燒燉煮的牛肉,光是聞的味道就很濃郁香醇,朋友吃完香菇後就把他的牛肉讓給我,想不到師父有聽到我們的對話,後來又煎了一份豬排給朋友。 高檔的餐廳或許只要有錢就吃得到,但是工作的態度以及對客人的用心,不是每一間餐廳都有的! 絕對會再回訪的?也很感謝當晚的年輕師傅,讓我跟朋友有個愉快的聚餐。

第二次到初魚用餐,每次用餐都會換分店試試看,比起上次的新光A9更滿意大直店的環境。大直店一區10個人,一店有兩區,10個座位都可以看到師傅料理,座位也不會過於擁擠,加上包廂內就有廁所,很適合包場聚餐。 上次吃過初魚之後,半年期間又陸陸續續吃了其他間無菜單料理,還是覺得初魚的食材品質很優,也不會過度烹飪。喜歡吃很鮮的海鮮料理,推薦初魚! 這次有加價鱈場蟹,是算公克的(其他評論也有寫到),沒吃過的可以嚐鮮試試看。但發現最近很多無菜單料理都會在用餐時間推單點,是一種新流行嗎?? 用餐時間和主廚不太有互動,只會介紹料理的食材、以及問候客人有沒有吃飽,吃的還可以嗎等等的基本問候。吃完才發現主廚沒有自我介紹(名字),料理結束也沒有招呼。服務員是年輕了一點,但態度並無不好。 覺得晚場吃起來很倉促的人可以吃吃看中午場的,初魚中午只有12點一個場次,吃起來的確比較從容。 整體來說很推薦呦~~~

Those who feel that the evening session is in a hurry can eat and watch the noon session. There is only one session at 12:00 noon at Chuyu, and it is indeed more calm to eat. 和前幾次吃其他家初魚的感受差很多,主廚一樣很用心準備餐點,但服務有待加強。 1. 餐前詢問食材接受度和過敏等等也沒有詢問,只問了吃不吃牛肉;也是同行友人發現鐵板上有準備香菜,才自己提出說不要香菜,結果主廚一問,同桌有一半以上的人不要香菜??‍♀️ 2. 每道餐點上餐時的介紹除了主廚稍微介紹,之前在其他初魚上餐時服務人員都會再多加說明,今天也沒有。 3. 最後上抹茶時,我和同行友人都有聽到服務人員說若需要再加抹茶可以再告知,結果要續加時,剛好經過的另一個服務人員很厭世的說:一人只有一杯。後來原本的服務人員回來再問一次才馬上續加。 4. 我訂的是不限時間的時段用餐,但吃完服務人員給我們的感覺不太舒服,好像在趕人。 5. 環境衛生有待加強,沒有一般無菜單料理餐廳來的仔細 e.g. 廁所酒精沒有了沒補,擦手紙也沒有補,擦手紙垃圾桶滿出來也丟不進去⋯

Great experience! Good place for 2-4 dinning. Dining feels like to listen to a symphony to enjoy/savor different instruments/dishes. The ingredients are well selected and prepared to show their nature flavor. Good atmosphere and friendly chief. Will definitely come back again.
