★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人員有待訓練，7/21買的L號內褲，有詢問店員如果太大是否可以來換、今天7/23我來換成M號，也拿了發票給店員，只是下面的明細不見了，店員還要嘴說下次來換請把明細帶來，試問五件就是一千，試穿了一件，我把四件換成M號，請問到底要什麼明細？我又不是拿試穿的來退，請問店員到底是哪裡有問題？一直以為三花的服務很好，不管我去哪間，但這間店員不能變通，令人感覺很差，希望貴公司對於這位員工有待加強。
The service staff need to be trained. I bought the size L underwear on 7/21 and asked the clerk if they can change it if they are too big. Today I came to change it to the M size on 7/23. I also took the invoice to the clerk, but the details below are missing. The clerk also said that next time you come to change, please bring the details. Five pieces are 1,000. I tried one on. I always thought that Sanhua’s service is very good, no matter where I go, but this clerk cannot be flexible, which makes people feel very bad. 買了一雙棉襪來試穿，結帳時店員很貼心幫我手中一大包的榮總開的藥幫我和襪子用袋子包裝起來，只花70元店員卻用了100%熱情回應。
真的⋯很大心～下次會再回來回購。
