Y	YiChin LU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 已經候位三位，服務人員還持續在聊天，直到候位到了六位才停止聊天更新心得：要小心門市人員的話術，之前以為在直營門市會比較安心，但是上次續約時服務人員說要幫我配一個方案比較划算而且附平板，然後半年後就可以隨時更改費率就辦了，結果兩年後現在我到別家遠傳門市辦了其他方案，收到的帳單金額竟然差不多，近一步詢問才發現平板是一個副約，是沒辦法取消的，而且約長是兩年半，根本不是當初提到的另外送一台平板，只能付了一千多的違約金！！！ Three people have been waiting, and the service staff are still chatting, and they will stop chatting until they reach six Update experience: Be careful with the salesman’s words. C	Ch ao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為工作及住家地點都在附近，所以無論繳話費或者辦手機（i6、Xr 、i12）都在這間門市，只有一個結論，女店員都很客氣，但兩個男店員態度都非常差，不管是繳費、手機有問題詢問、辦新手機請求傳輸幫忙，通通高傲臭臉到底，一副只想儘快打發你的樣子，最諷刺的是最後還有臉補上「後續若收到滿意度的調查簡訊再麻煩幫我回覆兩個10分喔」哈哈哈，這兩個男的真的很好笑 Because the work and home locations are nearby, no matter whether you pay for phone bills or use mobile phones (i6, Xr, i12), they are all in this store. There's one thing I disliked was..If you‘re going to pay your monthly phone bill you need to wait for sometimes 5 minutes or more depending on the staff entertaining a new customer applying for a new cell phone. I wish they could excuse for a while then immediately receive the payment because there are times some people where in such a hurry and has no time to wait. I'm sick and tired of waiting and I hate to wait, so I processed the monthly automatic banking payment.
