吃了會懷念,沒吃會想念。老闆非常講究食材的品質,是正統的南部口味。全台北最好吃的炒飯炒麵,配上辣椒更是一絕 ? 推薦每去必點的香醋豬肉炒麵、火燒蝦炒飯、里港扁食湯 ?? 老闆的辣椒有另外賣,沾什麼都好好吃~☺️

外帶好幾次炒菜都很好吃, 高麗菜炒的鑊氣十足很香, 也不會吃到有黑邊的菜葉, 即使豆皮洋蔥也能吃到清甜, 在台北很少能吃到這樣的份量很有誠意! 價格又很實惠的店, 目前買過很多道菜都沒失望過 十分推薦?

? 紅燒蝦炒飯(大)加荷包蛋:加大真的蠻多的,很餓的人可以放心點,紅燒蝦的香氣蠻喜歡的,飯的口感有些可惜,我認為有一點太碎了,調味很舒服,沒有加一些奇奇怪怪會讓你膩口的東西,有點家常不施胭脂的感覺,荷包蛋的蛋黃都凝固了偏熟。整體不錯。另外冰箱的辣醬很辣,還有一點冰箱味,大家自己小心。

各式炒飯炒麵類一字排開,菜單讓人選擇困難。當天點了豬肉炒飯、滑蛋豬肉飯、薑燒豬肉飯,每一個份量都很大,就是是三個大人來吃可能都吃到撐,我們家兩大一小是直接把薑燒豬肉冰起來隔天才吃?。可惜當天可能是白飯煮得不太好,不管是炒飯或丼飯中的飯都偏硬難入口,所以滿影響美味程度。看菜單時原以為薑燒豬肉是日式的那一種薑汁燒肉,但這裡不是,這裡的薑燒豬肉是超台的,使用大量薑絲下去熱炒豬肉的那種薑燒,個人因為非常喜愛辛香料所以吃得很爽,平常不太愛吃薑蒜的人要特別注意⚠️。下次再來試試其他餐點,感覺口味應該都有一定程度才是,老闆娘很親切待客。

不算便宜的小吃店 是台南口味不是北部口味 火燒蝦炒飯是濕軟帶點甜味 麻油炒羊肉薑絲給的很多很爽 有鑊氣的炒菠菜很可以 麻辣菜脯蛋是中式的Omlet作法不喜翻 扁食湯就是餛飩湯 餛飩好吃湯普普 最好吃的是它的辣椒醬 有香氣有辣油那種
