雲鼎阿二麻辣食堂-中山店 - Zhongshan District

吃過三、四次，整體口味ok，冬天吃個中辣、小辣的煲還不錯。 可惜最近漲價後性價比變差了，尤其加點的配料偏貴，蔬菜都是50，肉品則是都100以上。 另外是板凳不太奈坐，衛生紙沒有直接放在桌上，比較不方便。

第一次來店裡吃，點麻辣臭豆腐刀削麵鴨血堡＄132元（中辣），湯頭不錯喝（跟全家麻辣燙很像的湯頭），鴨血＆臭豆腐很入味內加一點點的金針菇和高麗菜和一小塊玉米，刀削麵也不錯吃但份量不多，但用鐵煲鍋來裝很氣派保溫效果很好，小食量的我吃剛剛好，選在下班後約18.40來人比較少，整體覺得環境乾淨，味道還不錯，會在來品嚐。 之後也有多次在來吃過，還是覺得很好吃，會懷念的好味道。

麻辣肥腸臭豆腐鴨血煲+滷肉飯是我多次回訪的經典，煲裡的料很少，除了肥腸臭豆腐鴨血等品名有的東西外，就只剩幾根菜了。好在食物味道好，鴨血軟嫩，臭豆腐吸飽湯汁非常好吃，湯頭些許中藥香重口味，滷肉飯富含膠質稍嫌重口，不過滷肉口感鹹香，每次去都扒兩碗。缺點：板凳其實很難坐，桌上不擺衛生紙，只能付現，服務人員有點隨興，常有顧客在櫃檯等待服務人員等情事。綜合說來食物口味我喜歡，但cp值不高，服務跟用餐環境一般。

麻辣滷肉飯好吃！臭豆腐超級入味，只是2:00時候點餐店員會很不耐煩，而且還點錯餐點跟辣度?雖然後來有幫忙加湯稀釋，但會因為這些小地方覺得可惜……

雲鼎阿二麻辣食堂永康街 農安街都有店面 我是在農安街吃的 這次點了牛五花 海魚 羊骨 等麻辣的口味 我們這次是點小辣的口味 另外點了一些配料青菜 魚餃牛雜之類的輔料他們另外幫我們做成ㄧ鍋 個人覺得阿二的麻辣 辣喉嚨 一不小心就會咳嗽 搞得好像確診者很不自在 不推薦他們的海魚鍋 魚肉根本跟他們家的麻辣湯頭一點都不搭 感覺就是硬配出來的 但是牛五花 羊骨就很搭 所以點他們的鍋還是要以肉為主 因為想試試他們的魚是怎麼樣子的 所以才點 結果不行 羊骨煲就很好吃 牛五花也很好吃 他們的鍋配料少了一點 個人口感就是麻辣燙弄成一鍋來賣你 所以要吃麻辣鍋還是要去真正的麻辣鍋店 如夫妻肺片 之類的湯頭會更好 但是阿二的模式就是個人鍋模式 真的只有一個人想吃時 我就推薦點他們的牛五花鍋 或是羊骨煲 麵條也不錯很彈 口感很好 我給他們3.6顆星 可以來吃吃看 不要點魚 魚還是適合酸湯魚最好吃

1) Service is RUDE~ a clerk w pony tail barks at customers as if she's the boss. We entered the venue at lunch time, it was 14% occupied (YES I did the calculation!)~ very sparse. She insisted on seating us between 2 occupied tables. (WHY?) When we asked to sit away from the "crowd", she said it in such a rude tone~ SIT AT TABLES FOR 2 ONLY! 2) FOR $180 duck blood/tofu pot, we got ONE giant piece of tofu cut in 4 pieces, and 2 average size duck blood, 3 pieces of cabbage floating along with 3 other small pieces of hotpot dressings, plus the clear noodles that came with the pot. Seriously? 3) Paid $90 for lamb meat, 3 tiny slices. Yes, on the menu it says THICK slices. I'm not sure how much thinner you can slice them...... 4) The sour ChungDu clear noodle, again, the quantity was sadly minimal. If you put all the glass noodles in a measuring cup, it's may barely reach 2/3 cup? I am being generous with my measurement! I's more like a rounded half cup. 5) taste? lacking flavors! There is only ONE dispenser for tissues/napkins for the entire venue. Can they make it more inconvenient for their customers? Doubt it. The entire time we were eating, the kitchen staff and wait staff, team of 5 were just talking, having a good time booking restaurants etc. On our way out, one of the server said thank you. Of course the bossy rude pony tail did not even give you a second look as you walk by...... Guess who's not going there again, ever!

Popular, opened several locations, serving individual spicy hotpot. Ordered fatty beef and medium pork. The fatty beef slices were over cooked, not tender at all. The pork slices were so so. Definitely not healthy, the soup base was extremely oilly which, of course, made all the veggies and anything in the soup oilly. Not high CP! I think only young people could afford to eat such greasy hotpot!
