因已拆封也無法進行退貨

在此發表文章後便收到退貨核准通知Email
也於日後收到退款
如可以用原來的客服管道讓消費者直接溝通是最好的方式，也可建立消費者信賴
而非以這種公開放的方法評論才得到回應
還是感謝最終考慮消費者感受予以退款。
