DM上有春天飯店親子大眾風呂及房內湯屋，但事先未告知團員要帶泳裝泡湯，裸湯要另收500元。
退房時間也沒有明確聯繫，第一日說明中午12時退房，第二天櫃檯告知11時退房，真是不知所從。
向業務反應相關事項，卻碰一鼻子灰。
總之，希望其他人能睜亮眼。
