109/5/4下午17:40左右經過公司附近的康是美買東西，加價購買了MOOMIN帆布袋，今早5/5上午9:00發現壞了，立馬去南京東門市(原購買店)想問問是否可以換嗎? 結果，櫃姐說要換給我，穿著白袍的黃鉅鈞先生也不了解狀況說是我人為因素造成!!
我想這是這家店的服務態度及品質嗎?
致電到客服中心，一直無人應答。
雖然康是美不在意我這小小的客戶，但需要告訴大家，屈臣氏的服務真的比較好
