Phoned again Thursday 2nd June to be told that the insurance had never been purchased. Why did the company lie saying the insurance had been purchased when it had not? Why did it take 7 days for the company to tell me it had not been purchased? Why did I have to phone up and ask them so many times? Why was I billed for an insurance policy that was never filed? This company has potentially stopped me from flying home. Without insurance I cannot board the plane. Your company has caused huge amounts of additional stress. I wish I could give your company -10 stars.
