★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務很差，客戶請教開戶手續，營業員口氣像在訓斥別人搞不清楚狀況，出問題推給內規跟金管會，一直叫客戶到反覆跑到現場辦手續，每次去氣氛像扮家家酒，整個辦公室大聲聊天吃東西聊自己的交易部位，動作慢問問題就傻笑，搞得像他是客戶我是營業員，台新這麼不想經營證券乾脆收掉不要做了！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去開期貨戶，開戶的櫃檯小姐服務都還可以，態度也都正常，但旁邊的營業員那區就不可恭維，朋友帶我去跟我的營業員認識一下，重點是我不知道我的營業員從我跟她say hi之後不知道在不爽什麼請問一下我有惹到妳嗎一早是在不爽什麼，超爛，講話口氣超差超兇，臉部是在不爽什麼，我不是妳老公的小三不用一副要跟我吵架一樣的表情，我整個黑人問號❓ 回家之後我立馬打去找我新光的營業員線上開期貨戶，人家客服電話打來口氣舒服也整個正常多了。
（重點我是一個問題在台新都沒有問喔）
