★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 參加7/28.輕戀山水～河內、下龍灣、陸龍灣頂級美食饗宴五日遊.領隊：妞妞（張玉琴），導遊：阿Ken(小溫）.親切的領隊妞妞總是貼心的提醒我們該注意的事項，介紹飯店好吃的給我們，有他在身邊總覺得零距離且又安心.導遊阿Ken.真的是我跟團以來最優秀的一位，解說的詳盡及幽默風趣之外，台語也能通，是本團的開心果，不僅如此，在每個重要景點還會幫我們家人一起拍照，重點是拍照技術超好，最後還贈送拍照整團的自製影片，讓我們整團都感受到他的用心.也懷念他的集合音樂‘‘媽媽號’’，再次感謝兩位優秀的領隊及導遊和此次品冠的豪華行程，讓我們有個很難忘且美好的回憶，謝謝。

The cordial leader Niu Niu always reminds us to pay attention The matter of introducing the restaurant to us is delicious. He always feels zero distance and peace of mind. The guide is Ken. It is really the best one since I was with the group. The explanation is detailed and humorous. The language can also pass, is the group's pistachio, not only that, in each important attraction will also help our family to take pictures together, the focus is that the camera technology is super good, and finally give a photo of the whole group of homemade films, let us all Feel his intentions. Also miss his collection music ''Mom'', thank you again for the two excellent team leaders and tour guides and the luxury trip of this crown, let us have a very memorable and beautiful memories, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/15參加巴拉望行程，回程班機被取消，下午提前到機場等候，直到晚上搭到馬尼拉後，依然還是等...班機延到晚間將近12點多...原訂時間12點到台灣（延到凌晨2點多才到）導致8個人全部都請半天班～
旅行社這邊完全沒有任何一點補償，連個餐費也沒有，實在很糟糕??
Participated in the Palawan itinerary on 5/15. The return flight was cancelled. I waited at the airport early in the afternoon. After I arrived in Manila at night, I still waited ... The flight was delayed until nearly 12 o'clock in the evening. Taiwan (delayed until 2 a.m.) caused all 8 people to work half-day shifts ~
There is no compensation at all on the travel agency side, and there is not even a meal, which is really bad.

I participated in the Sino-Vietnamese group on the first day of the year. The whole trip felt very good. The leader and tour guide were very considerate of us with babies and children. The seating arrangements were very friendly. They also helped us arrange quilt pillows and cribs as much as possible. I especially feel that the team leader Pan Dayu is friendly. Thank you for your assistance in the past few days. I am very impressed to participate in the first time. I hope to join your other tours next time.
