★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乾意麵口味非常古早,肉燥跟醬汁很搭配,大推赤肉湯,料多實在,湯頭不會太重口味。
The taste of dried pasta is very old. The minced pork goes well with the sauce, and the red broth is very popular. The ingredients are more realistic and the soup will not be too strong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了湯粄條,覺得粄條跟湯是分離的感覺⋯粄條也不是印象中透明的,是類似米苔目QQ的口感,或許是店家的特色吧⋯只能說個人沒有很喜歡⋯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有在角落瞄到24H營業牌子,但Google顯示營業至凌晨三點,反正開到很晚是確定的。
到米粉湯店點餐品項很固定,內臟類黑白切不吃,剩下可吃的就那幾樣。這家與同質店相比沒有特別突出,甚至主打的米粉稍嫌口感爛,不過油豆腐、嘴邊肉倒是有留下記憶點,不會排斥「多訪」。
?阿姨級服務人員親切。
?米粉湯一端上有股不悅內臟味,開始吃後就消失了。米粉吃起來像泡很久的爛,可能是米成份不高。
?水晶餃分乾/湯,個人較喜歡「阿青」的作法,「麵嫂」感覺只是醬淋一淋而已。
?油豆腐賣相水潤,口感也真的是,嫩滑吸飽米粉湯汁,離開時確認與米粉湯同鍋共煮。
?鯊魚煙看起來像冰很久的乾,以為口感會「ㄏㄨ ㄏㄨ」,但除了幾塊魚皮味稍重外,其實沒有「以為」的問題,也沒啥腥味,但不排除是大量薑絲建功。
?滷肉飯肉燥部份有油無香,飯也偏台語說的「粒」。
?嘴邊肉份量算多,無不新鮮腥味,但有幾塊的確要花點咬合力,有咬到一點碎骨。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They serve either coarse rice noodle in broth, or soy sauce rice that is accompanied by a number of side dishes. We ordered a few and I like the sharks meat and shark skin salad. The rest are pretty common. The shop is a rice noodle house, but it also serves a respectable Taiwan "luroufan", soy-sauce pork on white rice. The ingredients are fresh and tasty, but I would prefer a slightly heavier flavor. Overall, a good place to try out Taiwanese small dishes.
