とにかく仕事が丁寧です。毎回毎回の要望を聞いてくれて、一所懸命応えてくれます。
サービス範囲も広くて、問い合わせすると、あれもこれもアドバイスしてくれて、ついついなんでも相談したくなります。
この度、家族と北海道に到着した当夜、地震が起きました。足止めされていた3日間、毎日頻繁に連絡をしてくれて、宿泊先の変更や、食料品の確保と航空券の振替など、何から何まで気にかけてくれました。
その迅速な対応と明るい話し方に救われました。本当にお世話になりました。
安心して頼めて、人に勧めたくなる会社です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 学生の頃、仙台から自転車を積み込み、仙台〜名古屋〜沖縄〜石垣〜高雄までフェリーで行き、自転車で台湾旅行をしました。
帰りのフェリーが台風で欠航になり、基隆から沖縄へ行く術が無くなり、その際に安宿の「ホタル学生宿舎」の名物おばあちゃんに紹介をしてもらって、宿から自転車で駆け付けたのが、この「勝美旅行社」さんでした♪
その節は大変お世話になりました♪
急な訪問にも関わらずとても親切な対応を頂きました。
対応いただいた、美人の女性スタッフの方も日本語が話せる方で、台北〜那覇行きの航空券を購入出来ました。財布の中には航空券を購入出来る程のキャッシュが残っておらず、クレジットカードがあったおかげで、無事に那覇に着き、そこからまた3週間かけて仙台まで自転車で帰れました〜。
