出團地點: 菲律賓宿霧 投訴要點: - 臺灣業務指派毫無菲律賓帶團經驗的導遊給我們 臺灣業務於行前曾說會指派菲律賓當地華僑作為我們的導遊,到了當地,我們才知道原來導遊自己也剛到宿霧兩個星期,對於宿霧十分不熟悉,這裏並沒有要苛責導遊,而是針對旅行社的制度做反應,對於讓在宿霧幾乎全無經驗的導遊於沒有訓練的情況下帶團這個制度是否合理?於旅客行前告知會指派經驗豐富的導遊卻違背承諾是否有侵害到消費者權益的疑慮? - 宿霧當地另一位導遊J先生態度惡劣 行程第一天參觀完麥哲倫十字架之後,我們的導遊突然帶來一位戴墨鏡及帽子的人,說這是來協助他的另一位導遊。這位新來的導遊態度超差,不僅在我們尚未到齊的情況下就開始解說(甚至還說:不要等其他人了),於解說時也是一問三不知,我們想要進一步了解當地文化,反而被嘲笑說都看錯重點。這個突如其來的插曲我們也完全沒有被告知,原則上應該要「較有經驗」的導遊J先生一開始也完全沒有自我介紹,且全程都在趕時間(但當天行程也因為天候不佳只剩下市區觀光,即使要以塞車作為藉口,最晚下午四點離開也還是能在傍晚前抵達飯店),感覺只是來搭便車自己在趕時間而已... - 行程紕漏與誇大不實 旅程中時不時出現導遊手中行程表和我們的行程表有出入的情況,照理來說旅行社應該要統一雙方對於行程的認知,即便旅客於行前說明會有和臺灣業務達成協議更改少部分合約的內容,旅行社也應該要將更動部分知會宿霧當地導遊。行前我們自費新增按摩的行程,然而當天導遊的行程表上也未註明按摩時間到底是1.5小時還是2小時,是精油還是熱石,頻頻向我們確認。這種行程這麼基本的事情應該要公司事前做好溝通,而不是一直在行程中跟旅客確認。又譬如行前旅行社有說會提供宿霧當地飯店免費加床(在雙人房多加一張床),然而,住宿的第二間飯店卻只有兩張小單人床,聯絡導遊並且經過漫長等待以後才有飯店人員過來加床。再者,旅程第四天晚上直到晚飯前,又出現行程表有出入的疑慮,導遊馬上幫我們聯絡臺灣業務,而臺灣業務自己對於行程內容也搞不太清楚,甚至以絲毫不專業的輕浮態度反問我們當天晚餐是到哪一間餐廳吃飯。而後不但沒有表示歉意,還說成幫我們升級到比較好的餐廳,會有10人份的餐點,結果吃完發現根本5個人吃剛剛好== 而行程表上的內容也有誇大不實之處,譬如雙跳島浮潛當日的行程,有包含「沙加度假村享用豐盛海鮮大餐」這項,到了當地才發現所謂的豐盛海鮮只是已經冷掉的蝦子和乾掉的炸魚片而已... 當然在行程規劃上難免會需要行銷包裝,不過似乎和實際內容落差太大。另外,每天的行程都包含幾乎半天的船程或車程,關於這點旅行社應該也要事先告知為佳。 希望全聯旅行社能給予我們妥當的回覆,否則這樣頻頻出包的4天行程還收我們21400,實在是不合理。

Is there any concern that it will infringe on the rights of consumers by notifying before the traveler that an experienced tour guide will be assigned but breaking the promise? - Another local tour guide in Cebu, Mr. J, has a bad attitude After visiting Magellan's Cross on the first day of the trip, our guide suddenly brought a man in sunglasses and a hat, saying that this was another guide who came to assist him. This new tour guide has a very poor attitude. Not only did he start explaining before we were all there (and even said: don't wait for others), he also asked three questions during the explanation. We wanted to know more about the local culture. On the contrary, he was ridiculed that he had misread the main point. We were not informed at all about this sudden episode. In principle, Mr. J, the "more experienced" tour guide, did not introduce himself at all at first, and he was in a hurry throughout the whole process (but the day's itinerary was also due to poor weather. It stands to reason that the travel agency should unify the two parties’ understanding of the itinerary, even if the traveler explained before the trip that he would reach an agreement with the Taiwan business to change the content of a small number of contracts , the travel agency should also inform the local tour guide in Cebu about the changes. Before the trip, we added a new massage itinerary at our own expense. However, the tour guide's itinerary did not indicate whether the massage time was 1.5 hours or 2 hours, whether it was essential oil or hot stone, and we frequently confirmed to us. Such a basic itinerary should require the company to communicate in advance, rather than confirming it with the passengers all the time during the itinerary. Another example is that the travel agency before the trip said that it would provide a free extra bed in a local hotel in Cebu (an extra bed in a double room). However, the second hotel I stayed in had only two small single beds. After contacting the tour guide and waiting for a long time Only the hotel staff came to make an extra bed. Furthermore, on the fourth night of the trip until before dinner, there were doubts that the itinerary was different. Afterwards, not only did he not apologize, he also said that he would help us upgrade to a better restaurant, and there would be a meal for 10 people, but after eating, I found that it was just right for 5 people to eat === And the content on the itinerary is also exaggerated and untrue. For example, the itinerary on the day of the snorkeling on the double-hopping island includes the item "Enjoy a sumptuous seafood meal at Shaka Resort". It was only when we arrived at the local area that the so-called sumptuous seafood was found to be cold. It's just shrimp and dried fish fillets... Of course, marketing packaging will inevitably be needed in the planning of the itinerary, but it seems to be too far from the actual content. In addition, every day's itinerary includes almost half a day of boat trips or car rides, and the travel agency should inform them in advance. I hope Quanlian Travel Service can give us a proper reply, otherwise it is unreasonable to charge us 21,400 for such a frequent 4-day itinerary.
